01. Civil &Commercial Litigation
Civil & Commercial litigation
Litigation can be stressful for any individual or company. We strive to achieve the best result for all of our clients whether it be a simple county court matter or a complex High Court trial. Rest assured, We try and reduce your stress as we enjoy the challenges litigation brings.
We advise and represent both corporate and individual claimants and defendants in a full range of civil and commercial litigations throughout the initial advice and pre-action stage, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), trial, enforcement of judgment and/or appeal.
In accordance with the court’s emphasis on out of court dispute resolution, we encourage clients to consider and participate in ADR with a view to reach settlements out of court throughout the proceedings, which can often significantly reduce the costs involved in litigation and help to maintain relationships between the parties.
When the difference is too great and litigation becomes inevitable, we take a strong stand in protecting our clients’ interests and strategize accordingly with clients and in collaboration with counsels.
