We advise and represent both commercial and individual landlords and tenants in a full range of disputes, including re-entry and forfeiture of lease, possession claims, rent and service charge, HMO and underletting, consents, appointment of manager, enfranchisement, and breaches of lease and covenant.


Our services also include working in collaboration with the managing agents and the landlords, where early intervention often prevents the escalation of arrears or disputes and reduces the potential loss of income and legal costs for the landlords.

Despite the COVID moratorium and restrictions, we have successfully regained possessions for the Landlords and recovered arrears through debt claim and Third Party Debt Order.
